Information on 2010-2011 Season Memberships

- Early bird pricing for programs ends October 1, 2010
To participate in any of our programs you must be a member of Kanata Nordic. There is a flat fee for individuals or entire families to become members, which also allows you to use our facilities and trails and attend club events for the year. Please note that all family members using the club facilities must be registered, not only those signing up for programs. Costs remain the same as they have for many years now: Family memberships are $55 and individual memberships are $35. Registration opens on September 1, 2010. If you would like to enroll in one of our ski programs this winter, you can register for those at the same time as purchasing a membership. Program fees vary by program (see the individual program descriptions for pricing) with early-bird discounts available until October 1, 2010. Don’t delay as most of our programs fill up every season!

You can register for the 2010-2011 season either online through the Zone4 system or in person at the Kanata Nordic Ski Swap & Sale at the Trails Maintenance & BBQ Day. With Zone4 you can pay by Visa or MasterCard or arrange to pay by cheque. For registration by cheque a paper waiver must be printed and signed, as indicated on the Zone4 system. Like most online registration systems, Zone4 collects a small fee for use of its system. In person you can pay by cheque only, without the Zone4 administrative fee.
If you experience difficulties with the Zone4 system ensure you have cookies enabled in the privacy or security settings of your web browser.
Upon registering you will receive a confirmation email from both Zone4 and the Membership Coordinator, along with a membership card. Should you need to add/edit your registration after submission you must contact the Membership Coordinator (registration@kanatanordic.ca).
