Program Information and Registration

The program starts Saturday October 16, 2010 with dryland training sessions and runs to Saturday March 27, 2011 depending on snow conditions. Read the Track Attack program information for the 2010-2011 season details. Then to register visit the Membership & Registration page. Registration opens on September 1, 2010. General Information

This is a program from Cross Country Canada that is meant for kids who have completed the Jackrabbit Program or have equivalent athletic experience. Participants may be between the ages of 10-15.

Track Attack is focused on a combination of participatory and competitive elements. There is technique work, touring, fitness activities, a 400 Kilometre Club and a few races included as part of the program.

When and Where?

Track Attack skis at the Bonnenfant Centre Saturdays from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. and Thursday nights from 6:30 -7:30 p.m. either there or on the Kanata Lakes Golf Course. Dryland training begins in October. Read the Track Attack program information for full details.
