Day Passes

Day Passes are a great way to explore Kanata Nordic’s trail system if you are curious about what the club has to offer, or if you are visiting from out of town. Trail passes are required for users aged 12 and older and can be purchased via e-transfer or with cash at the trail head (look for the red metal box by the big map)

DAY PASS OPTIONS – pay by cash or by e-transfer

  1. Day Pass Ski – $12.00
  2. Day Pass Snowshoe – $7.00
  3. send appropriate E-TRANSFER (INTERAC) payment from your bank account to kanatanordictreasurer@gmail.com
  4. please indicate ‘day pass ski’ or ‘day pass snowshoe’ in the message
  5. Bulk day passes are available for groups. Please contact info@kanatanordic.ca for more details.

Please note that there are some restrictions / considerations in terms of timing your outings:

HINT: DO NOT trust Google by inputting just Kanata Nordic as it will direct you to the club’s mailbox near Canadian Tire on Terry Fox Dr! You will need to ask for “Kanata Nordic Ski Trails”

1- Upper Campground Trail system:

Snowshoe Trails and Ski trails. Trail numbers are 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 12.

Hours for Day Pass Use:

Weekend access: Open to day pass users before 12:30 OR after 3:30 pm as we have our kids and adult Learn-to-Ski Programs from 1:00-3:00 pm (both days) with over 100 participants, and parking is limited.
At night, some sections of lit trail, but please bring a headlight for the woods.

2 – Equestrian Centre Trails System (401 Corkstown Rd)

*No snowshoe trails at this location. Ski trails can interconnect with the Ottawa West Winter trails. Trail numbers are 101, 101A, 102, 103, etc… to 107.

Access via the Main Gate (A) at 401 Corkstown Rd until 10:00 pm. See map below for parking. Please do not park at the equestrian offices.
