Kanata Nordic's membership and child, teen and adult program registration will open on September 12th for returning members! We will give existing members a two-week headstart to register as members and for children, teen and adult programs.

We're launching an experiment!Kanata Nordic is reaching out to the local community by grooming the National Capital Commission (NCC)' 5.5 km Watts Creek Pathway from where it intersects with Corkstown Rd. at Moodie Dr. to March Rd. Private lessons will be offered at Kanata Nordic this year through an agreement with instructor Liam Walke.
Lessons will be available Sunday, Monday and Friday or by appointment with Liam.Rates are $80/hour lesson (1 person) and $95/hour lesson (2 people), with discounts for larger groups through the scheduling link. Thanks to a generous grant in autumn 2018 from the Ottawa Community Foundation, Kanata Nordic now has a modest fleet of rental ski packages, snowshoes, and headlamps. The ski shop is located at the main Kanata Nordic entrance, in Cabin D, in front of the chalet (see trail map).
The shop will be open the following times, assuming the trails are open.
Note: rental shop closed Sat Jan 11 and Sun Jan 12. Trails are closed due to icy, unsafe conditions.
