Proposed Updates to Kanata Nordic Bylaws

Please find a copy of the proposed changes to the Kanata Nordic Constitution and Bylaws being proposed by the 2022-2023 Executive Committee to align the existing documents to Ontario’s new Not-for-Profit Corporations Act and integrate past Special Motions into the text of the bylaws. This is being proposed as a motion for the membership to accept at the May 15th 2023 Annual General Meeting.
